• You must treat our delivery heroes and vendor partners with respect. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment.

3. Orders & Cancellations:

• Food/Grocery: Orders cannot be cancelled once the vendor has started preparation.

• Parcels/Rentals: Cancellations must be made before the driver is assigned to avoid penalties.

4. Refunds & Returns:

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or spoiled item, report it within 24 hours. We promise a hassle-free refund or replacement because your satisfaction is our priority.

5. Intellectual Property:

The "Newness" brand, logo, and technology are owned by Newness Group. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Updates:

We are constantly evolving. We may update these terms as we expand to Europe and the USA to serve you better.
