At Newness Go, we strive to deliver perfection. However, we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. If you receive a wrong, damaged, or spoiled item, we are here to make it right.

1. Refund Eligibility

You can request a refund if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or expired.

  • The product received is incorrect (different from what you ordered).

  • The order package is incomplete (missing items).

2. Time Limit for Request (সময়সীমা):

You must report the issue and request a refund within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process & Timeline (কত দিনে টাকা পাবেন):

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the process immediately. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method (bKash/Card/Bank) within 7 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

For hygiene reasons, items like innerwear, opened cosmetics, and perishable food (once accepted) are not eligible for a refund unless they were delivered in a damaged condition.
